Our Shipping policy

We're thrilled to be able to provide our cross-state and cross-country customers the opportunity to shop with us without the drive or flight to the FBG.

We will always use the best carrier based on rates and expediency when shipping our products. All orders over $100 USD will receive complimentary standard shipping. Any orders under this threshold will receive the most affordable rate, unless specified otherwise.

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, generally within 24 hours. Shipping times will vary depending on the rate and destination. Please understand, expedited shipping adheres to business-day estimates after the parcel is delivered to the carrier, and is not based on when the order is placed or fulfilled.

Expedited shipping is exactly that. Expedited. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you need something overnighted, please call the store so we can complete the purchase over the phone and make sure your shipment gets to the carrier that business day.

We will provide tracking information for all orders.

We cannot ship internationally. We recommend using a mail forwarding service.
