Item Availability Policy

We always want to match our customers with the perfect product.

On rare occasion, an item will be listed as available on our website but in reality will be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will reach out to you directly if we have a good alternative item, or will issue you a prompt refund.

Our Main Street location is also the inventory for the website, everyone is pulling from the same cookie jar. And occasionally two people may grab the same cookie.
