Our Return Policy

We understand that returns happen.

We will always do our best to accommodate our customers. If you have questions about an item's sizing or details, please reach out to our team directly prior to the purchase via our contact page, or calling or store during business hours.

Full price items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us to be provided with a standard shipping return label, prior to the 14th day after purchase. We will provide a return label for $10 which will just withheld from the refund amount order or exchanges. You are also able to return items in person for free at our Main Street location, instead of mailing them, within the 14 day return window. Returned items must be unworn and still have the original tag attached. They will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, we will issue a refund to the original tender or HCO gift card, withholding a $10 return fee. If the inspection reveals damage, worn evidence, or is lacking a tag, we will reach out to you to explain the situation and discuss a remedy; or to decline the refund.

Sale and clearance items: all sales are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged at any time for any reason after the order has been shipped. Optics, sunglasses, cutlery, foundations, and clearance sales are final.

Many of our products carry manufacturer's warranties. We are happy to assist in this process with guidance or documentation. However, warranty claims must be handled by the end purchaser with the manufacturer directly. We cannot submit claims on your behalf.

Damaged goods upon arrival: We do not sell damaged merchandise. Every item is inspected when it arrives our store from the vendor, and when it leaves to be shipped to you. If we catch a defect and do not have a replacement item, we will cancel your order or issue you a refund. Damaged or repacked shipments should be refused by the purchaser.
